2. Scope
These terms govern sales of Crazy Curlers products made through www.crazycurlers.it. By placing an order you accept the terms in force at that time.
3. Products
Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy on the Shop page. Colours in photos may differ slightly from the real product depending on your screen.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT. Shipping costs, where due, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Free shipping applies only to orders of 3 or more boxes delivered within Italy.
5. Orders and conclusion of the contract
The contract is concluded when you complete checkout and receive the order confirmation by email.
6. Payment
Payment is made through the secure checkout. The accepted payment methods are those shown at checkout.
7. Shipping and delivery

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Conditions, return costs and refund timing are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
Consumers in the EU benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). In case of a defect you are entitled to repair or replacement free of charge and, where this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
10. Limitation of liability
The seller is liable within the limits permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.
11. Applicable law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the more favourable mandatory protections of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's dispute-resolution resources.
