If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. To do so, write to info@crazycurlers.it with your order number before the 14 days expire.

Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return arriving, using the same payment method used for the order.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us: this is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (see our Terms & Conditions) and does not affect your statutory rights.
