Shipping Policy

Every order is prepared and dispatched from Italy. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves.

Italy: 1–3 business days with express shipping, 4–6 with standard. European Union: about 1–3 business days express, 3–5 standard. Outside the European Union, delivery times vary with the destination and any customs processing on arrival.

Shipping is free for orders of more than two boxes.

Crazy Curlers ships internationally from Italy.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, taxes or carrier clearance/handling fees when entering the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country's authorities and/or the carrier and may vary depending on the destination, order value and applicable local regulations.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are not included in the Crazy Curlers product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties between EU Member States.

You can return an unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost; refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the return arriving.
